  I previously made a post of my initial impression of this store giving it two stars. However, since then the store owner has reached out and has given a detailed description of where I thought the store was falling short. He has displayed his genuine understanding of herpetoculture and his reptile husbandry. Since then, I have also returned to the store and have noticed evidence supporting his claims.

  Purchased my first tarantula (N. Chromatus) here a few months ago, and boy do I love her! Owner was great helping me pick her out, showing me all of the available Ts. I also purchased a tank & was helped setting it up (even receiving a discount when the product got bumped and chipped). Overall, the enclosures were amazing and I was able to handle several species during my visit. Owner is very knowledgeable and seems to care a lot for his animals. My favorite exotic animal store in New England by far!
